From small-scale open artificial feeding to large-scale automated farming, the cost of raising 5,000 chickens previously was 5 people. Nowadays, 100,000 chickens in a chicken house can be easily managed by only two people, and the farming efficiency continues to increase. According to the chicken farm owner, when 10,000 chickens were raised in open equipment before, an average of 7-8 chickens had to be eliminated every day, and there were more than 10 chickens. Now there are 100,000 chickens, and an average of 2-3 chickens die one day. Adhering to the concept that farming equipment and farming concepts are very important, Hongsen Laying Hen Farming Company plans to continue to expand two layer houses and one pullet house, and try to use 12-tier cage.
The fully automated chicken house is equipped with intelligent drinking water, feeding, manure cleaning, lighting, and environmental control equipment to ensure the daily growth and egg production of the chickens. The chicken house environment with constant temperature, humidity and pressure greatly reduces the stress caused by outside weather to the chickens. It can simulate the rising and setting lights of nature to help chickens grow better.
The chicken house is also equipped with intelligent chicken manure air-drying equipment. The fresh chicken manure produced by the chicken house every day will be air-dried within 24-48 hours. A single building with a breeding capacity of 100,000 produces an average of about 3.5 tons of dry chicken manure per day, and the price of chicken manure is US$100 per ton. While ensuring environmentally friendly farming of layer farms, it can also increase additional income. It is really a great equipment to help the environmentally friendly development of farms!
