TechEasy (A type) layer cage equipment is used widely in many chicken farms of Africa countries. The client from Uganda is our regular customer, this delivery is for his new project. The good quality and fast delivery are the main reasons of customers always trust us.
On April 12th, the customers from Benin visit our factory. Upgrade the chicken farm from flooring deep litter system to automatic battery cage system is their mainly request of this visiting. During two days negotiation, we finalized the professional cage solutions and chicken house design drawing for them. Their plan is start with 25000 birds/house then develop to 100000 birds by 4 houses. We’ll do our best to provide the equipment and technology support for them to accomplish this goal.
Philippine project. The project scale is 15,000 layers and 4 tiers. The configurations required by the customer include: automatic drinking system, automatic feeding system, and automatic egg collection system. A 40ft container and a 20ft container are required in total. According to the climate of the Philippines and customer requirements, it is designed as a two tiers chicken house. In addition, the customer requested to widen the cage from 2.2m to 2.8m.
On April 6, a Nigerian customer entrusted a friend doing business in China to visit our factory. The customer is satisfied with our intelligent production equipment, and he feels that with this production equipment, he can receive his products quickly. Global chicken production is forecast 2% higher in 2023 to a record 102.7 million tons, according to a recent USDA-FAS GAIN report. All major producers except China will make gains with the most significant growth in Brazil. Relatively high feed and energy prices have squeezed profitability globally, but expansion is spurred by robust demand as consumers are expected to seek lower-cost animal proteins amid rising food costs. Brazilian growth is driven by both domestic and global demand as it solidifies its position as the world’s leading producer, surpassing China this year. China’s production will be stagnant as growth in white feather production will offset a decline in yellow feather production. Demand for affordable chicken products, particularly white feather broiler meat, is expected to grow in 2023 as Chinese consumers shift towards a more diverse protein diet. Thailand’s production will grow by 3% despite the anticipated slow recovery in domestic consumption and high production costs caused by supply disruptions to feeding grains and day-old chicks. These factors will keep the growth rate below the pre-pandemic average. Russia and Mexico will also make gains amid strong domestic demand.
