Anyang Xinzhende Organic Agriculture Co., Ltd. is located in Anyang City, Henan Province. As a project site of modern scale farming, the site area of a single chicken house is 106*15.05*8m, which adopts 5 columns and 8 layers of intelligent thermostatic breeding equipment, and a single building can breed 100,000 birds. The total breeding capacity of the farm is currently 307,200 laying hens, and the total breeding capacity is planned to be 1 million. The whole chicken house is equipped with intelligent thermostatic zoned environment control system, which controls the temperature difference of the chicken house within ±2℃, ensuring that the chickens can have a comfortable environment for growing and laying eggs in summer and winter. Guizhou Hongbi Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. is located in Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. the project adopts 5-row 8-tiers high-rise constant temperature laying hen rearing equipment. The henhouse is 100m long, 15m wide and 8m high. More than 100000 birds are raised in a single house. the total planned rearing capacity is 420000 layers in the first stage, 400000 layers and 360000 chicks in the second stage. The chicken house is equipped with intelligent drinking water system and intelligent feeding system, which not only ensures the sanitary problems of drinking water and feeding of chickens, but also can effectively save water and feed. 50,000 Layers Project in Henan Province, China
The layer project completed by POUL TECH in Henan Province, China, has installed 4 buildings of single-building can raising 50,000 layers, and 1 building of brooding equipment. Recently, The farm has completed the installation of a new chicken house equipment, which can raise 100,000 layers. It adopts 5 rows and 8 tiers of intelligent breeding equipment. The main body of the equipment is made of 275g/㎡ magnesium-aluminum-zinc plate, and the overall frame structure is solid without welding. Each chicken house is equipped with POUL TECH intelligent egg transfer system, and each fresh egg can be transferred to the egg store through the egg delivery line, reducing the egg breaking rate and improving the production efficiency of the farm. The farm control system has been connected to the POUL TECH cloud data management platform, which can remotely check the operation status of various equipment, data and energy in the house, collect data and feed it back to the farm to realize the intelligent process of production management of layer farm.
