  Modern Layer Hen Project in Luoyang City, China

  This project is located in Luoyang City, China. This project was officially put into production in 2018. In 2020, POUL TECH 6 rows and 9 tiers of super high-rise constant temperature layer farming equipment will be adopted. The length of chicken house is 100m, the width is 18m and the height is 9 m. The total farming number is expected to be 600,000 birds. The customers of this project are from low rise equipment (4 tiers) to high rise equipment (8 tiers) and then to super high rise equipment (9 tiers). The future plan is to unlock the 12 tiers of super high rise farming equipment newly developed by POUL TECH. From the beginning, the 4 tiers equipment raised 50,000 chickens to the 8 tiers equipment raised 100,000 chickens, and gradually developed into an intensive farm with 134,000 chickens. At the same time, in order to comply with the environmental protection, green and ecological farm breeding advocated by the national policy, it is also equipped with 6 tiers of chicken manure air drying treatment equipment, which turns important pollution sources into value-added products.   TechEasy Layer Cage Project

  Most Southeast Asian countries have a common characteristic: where close to the ocean, only have two or three seasons in a year: season (cold) hot season, the rainy season, at the age of high temperatures, high humidity, abundant rainfall. So most of the regions of chicken layer cage breeding use two tiers of open hen house: because climate cause if using closed loop control system in the hen house work load is too large, the safety of the hen house will be a challenge. Open house is combined with the local climate conditions and reduce costs, ensuring the safety of the henhouse factors such as comprehensive this choice.   The customer uses 3 rows 4 tiers cage system. Hen house size length * width * height=121 * 12.5 * (1.6 + 1.6) m. Lower level of 1.6 meters for concrete structure, the upper for steel structures. So the chicken manure can fall into the bottom of the ground directly, with no chicken manure pollution.   South Pacific Pullet & Layer Projects-Henan Poul Tech Machinery Co.,Ltd.

  The project is located in a South Pacific island country with high humidity and high temperature.  During the rainy season, the farm is always surrounded by fog in the morning. To cope with this climate, some parts of our cage equipment use special materials to prevent rust. Due to local terrain and land constraints, the size of the pullet house is 60 x 7 x 3 m, using 2 rows 3 tiers of pullet cage to raise 12,000 birds pullet. Layer house size is 50 x 14 x 4 m, using 4 rows 3 tiers layer cage to raise 14,000 birds layer. POUL TECH cage equipment quality and after-sales service have been recognized by customers. At present, we have provided customers with 3 houses of pullet cages and 3 houses of layer cages.   Mali-TechFloor Broiler System-25,200 Broilers

  The scale of this project is 25,000 broilers, and the customer plans to harvest a weight of 2kg. In order to ensure enough living space for the chickens, we design to breed 15 broilers per square meter. The dimension of the closed chicken house we designed is 112m long, 15m wide and 2.5m high. The breeding cycle of broilers is short, the use of TechFloor broiler system can minimize the initial investment cost, and the use of automatic feeding and drinking lines can reduce labor costs. A chicken house only needs 1-2 workers.

  Iraq Layer Project

  In 2021, POUL TECH finished 2 houses layer cage equipment in Iraq area. Iraq belongs to desert region with high temperatures in summer, so it is very important to have a good ventilation system for chicken house.    The layer house size is 100 x 16.4 x 6.4 meters, choose 5 rows 6 tiers TechPro 1800 layer cage, keep 73440 birds layer in one house.    This project will choose automatic egg collection system, all houses eggs will transport from cage to egg house by egg collection system and let consumers be the first  person to touch eggs.

  Layer Project in Shangqiu City China

  Cage layout: 6 rows 8 tiers Cage equipment： TechPro layer cage system Farm scale：100k layer birds/house Chicken house size： Length 92m, width 16m， height 7.2m   The cage equipped with automatic feeding system, drinking system, egg conveyor system, manure remove system, climate control system and manure dryer machine.   This farm is located in Shangqiu City China. It has a semi-humid continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons. The annual average temperature is 14.2 ℃(57.56 ℉), the general maximum temperature is 39 ℃(102.2 ℉), and minimum temperature is minus 9 ℃(48.2 ℉) , so the chicken house is designed in close type and equipped with the temperature control system.   The cage equipment has finished installed and running 3 years until now, the farm owner gives a high rating for its best quality and work performance.
