  South Pacific Pullet & Layer Projects-Henan Poul Tech Machinery Co.,Ltd.

  The project is located in a South Pacific island country with high humidity and high temperature.  During the rainy season, the farm is always surrounded by fog in the morning. To cope with this climate, some parts of our cage equipment use special materials to prevent rust. Due to local terrain and land constraints, the size of the pullet house is 60 x 7 x 3 m, using 2 rows 3 tiers of pullet cage to raise 12,000 birds pullet. Layer house size is 50 x 14 x 4 m, using 4 rows 3 tiers layer cage to raise 14,000 birds layer. POUL TECH cage equipment quality and after-sales service have been recognized by customers. At present, we have provided customers with 3 houses of pullet cages and 3 houses of layer cages. At present, the scale of the customer’s farm is in the top three in the local area, but they believe that their farm scale will become the top one in the local area and cooperate with POULTECH in the near future.

  Mali-TechFloor Broiler System-25,200 Broilers

  The scale of this project is 25,000 broilers, and the customer plans to harvest a weight of 2kg. In order to ensure enough living space for the chickens, we design to breed 15 broilers per square meter. The dimension of the closed chicken house we designed is 112m long, 15m wide and 2.5m high. The breeding cycle of broilers is short, the use of TechFloor broiler system can minimize the initial investment cost, and the use of automatic feeding and drinking lines can reduce labor costs. A chicken house only needs 1-2 workers.

  Iraq Layer Project

  In 2021, POUL TECH finished 2 houses layer cage equipment in Iraq area. Iraq belongs to desert region with high temperatures in summer, so it is very important to have a good ventilation system for chicken house.    The layer house size is 100 x 16.4 x 6.4 meters, choose 5 rows 6 tiers TechPro 1800 layer cage, keep 73440 birds layer in one house.    This project will choose automatic egg collection system, all houses eggs will transport from cage to egg house by egg collection system and let consumers be the first  person to touch eggs.

  Layer Project in Shangqiu City China

  Cage layout: 6 rows 8 tiers Cage equipment： TechPro layer cage system Farm scale：100k layer birds/house Chicken house size： Length 92m, width 16m， height 7.2m   The cage equipped with automatic feeding system, drinking system, egg conveyor system, manure remove system, climate control system and manure dryer machine.   This farm is located in Shangqiu City China. It has a semi-humid continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons. The annual average temperature is 14.2 ℃(57.56 ℉), the general maximum temperature is 39 ℃(102.2 ℉), and minimum temperature is minus 9 ℃(48.2 ℉) , so the chicken house is designed in close type and equipped with the temperature control system.   The cage equipment has finished installed and running 3 years until now, the farm owner gives a high rating for its best quality and work performance.

  Layer Project in SouthEast Asia

  This layer farm project is established in SouthEast Asia, Starting from raising 20,000 chicks and 20,000 layers, there are two chicken houses have been constructed, the device has been installed and started to use. The layer house uses 3 rows 4 tiers cage system. chicken house size length * width * height=100 * 12 * 3.5 m. Each row 42 sets, a total of 126 sets, each set can feed 160 birds, total breeding 20160 birds. Lower level for concrete structure, the upper for steel structure. So the chicken manure can fall into the bottom of the ground directly, no chicken manure pollution. The chick house size length * width * height=100 * 12 * 2.5 m, use automatic drinking system, automatic feeding system, temperature control system to ensure the healthy growth of chicks.

  Chicken manure drying equipment in Xingyi, Guizhou

  A laying hen farm in Xingyi, Guizhou can produce 180,000 fresh eggs every day, which are sold to Mianyang, Sichuan, Chongqing and other places. Such a large number of chickens caused the accumulation of chicken manure. Therefore, two more chicken manure air dryers were purchased from Henan Poul Tech. The main design of PoulTech’s chicken manure drying equipment is mainly made of high-strength carbon steel plate, which is completed by laser cutting, bending and welding. The high-strength carbon steel plate with holes can carry thick chicken manure, and it is also to speed up the drying speed of chicken manure on the drying board. Chicken manure, which is known to farmers, is corrosive. Poul Tech adopts hot-dip galvanizing or (cold galvanizing + spraying) process to complete the process to increase the anti-corrosion performance of the equipment to ensure the service life of the equipment.
