The annual average temperature is 14.2 ℃(57.56 ℉), the general maximum temperature is 39 ℃(102.2 ℉), and minimum temperature is minus 9 ℃(48.2 ℉) , so the chicken house is designed in close type and equipped with the temperature control system.   The cage equipment has finished installed and running 3 years until now, the farm owner gives a high rating for its best quality and work performance.

  This layer farm project is established in SouthEast Asia, Starting from raising 20,000 chicks and 20,000 layers, there are two chicken houses have been constructed, the device has been installed and started to use. The layer house uses 3 rows 4 tiers cage system. chicken house size length * width * height=100 * 12 * 3.5 m. Each row 42 sets, a total of 126 sets, each set can feed 160 birds, total breeding 20160 birds. Lower level for concrete structure, the upper for steel structure.   Chicken manure drying equipment in Xingyi, Guizhou

  A laying hen farm in Xingyi, Guizhou can produce 180,000 fresh eggs every day, which are sold to Mianyang, Sichuan, Chongqing and other places. Such a large number of chickens caused the accumulation of chicken manure. Therefore, two more chicken manure air dryers were purchased from Henan Poul Tech. The overall design has 7 chicken coops, total breeding capacity is 520,000 birds, and now two chicken coops have been completed. The house is equipped with fully automatic system. We designed an intelligent factory for the farm. According to the farm land and overall planning, we customized a central egg conveyor system for the farm, using automated equipment to comprehensively improve the production efficiency of the farm.
