  Layer project in Sichuan Province

  Project Introduction Breeding species: Layer equipment with 5 rows and 6 tiers Chicken house dimension: 100 x 15 x 6.5 meters Quantity of single house: 75,600 birds Configuration: 6 tiers super high-rise and thermostatic layer equipment This farm located in Sichuan province, the project started in Jan 2021, using TechPro series, the design of the chicken house is 100 by 15 by 6.5 meters, capacity is 75,600 birds per house. The overall design has 7 chicken coops, total breeding capacity is 520,000 birds, and now two chicken coops have been completed. The house is equipped with fully automatic system. We designed an intelligent factory for the farm. According to the farm land and overall planning, we customized a central egg conveyor system for the farm, using automated equipment to comprehensively improve the production efficiency of the farm.

  Layer project in Shandong Province

  Project Introduction Breeding species: Layer equipment with 5 rows and 8 tiers.  Chicken house Dimension: 102*15*8m  Quantity of single house: 100,000 birds  Configuration: 8 tiers super high-rise and thermostatic layer equipment   This farm located in Zouping，Shandong province. This project started from 2021, now two chicken coops have been finished, total 200,000 birds capacity in the farm. The design of the chicken house is 102 by 15 by 8 meters, the construction of the chicken house is based on the design of the Poul Tech, and the construction process has completed various requirements with high precision, finally provided the chickens with a constant temperature coop. The constant temperature chicken house ensures a comfortable temperature for the chickens to grow, and the automated equipment provides the factory with high production efficiency, and the overall competitiveness and economic benefits of the farm have been improved.

  Layer Project in Yaounde City Cameroon

  Broiler Project in Shanxi Province China

  This broiler farm project is established in Shanxi Province China, Starting from raising 50000 broilers per house, there are ten chicken houses have been constructed, the device has been installed and started to use. The broiler house uses 4 rows 4 tiers cage system. chicken house size length * width * height=100 * 123* 3.5 m. Each row has 90 sets, a total of 360 sets, each set can feed 144 birds, total breeding of 51840 broilers per house, the farm has a total of 10 chicken houses and raises more than 500,000 broilers.

  Breeder floor raising equipment installed in River state, Nigeria.

  The poultry project is located some 50 kilometers north of River State, Nigeria. The project is divided into 2 phases: The first phase is two breeder cage houses and one automatic hatchery house. The second phase is four breeder houses, a latest technology professional hatchery with a hatching system and six chicks’ dispatch houses. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed, and breeding 18000 females and 2000 males chicken. With automatic modern farm raising equipment, including silo system, female feeding system, male feeding system, nipple drinking system, slat system and nest system, ventilation systems and Environment controller.

  POULTECH’s turnkey poultry broiler farm project in Qatar

  This is a broiler turnkey project about 8 buildings of poultry house in Qatar. The scale of this project is 200,000 broilers, and the customer plans to harvest a weight of 2kg. In order to ensure enough living space for the chickens, we design to breed 15 broilers per square meter. The dimension of closed chicken house we designed is 115m long, 15m wide and 2.5m high.   We designed traditional heavyweight steel structure poultry shed and supplied full-set poultry equipment for this project.   POUL TECH designed farm feed delivery system cross the farm included feed storage silo equipment and conveying system to each poultry house.   In each poultry house, we also designed and installed automatic pan feeder feeding system and nipple drinker watering system to satisfy the need of feeding and drinking.We designed ventilation program for each house based on client’s farming condition. So we installed 50″ box fan, controlled winching air inlet system and cooling system for client.
