  Layer Project in Luoyang City China

  This layer farm project is established in Luoyang city, with a land space of 30,000 square meter and a target capacity of 1,000,000 layers. Considering the limited land space, with our design and equipment, this project and has already build 4 layer houses, with a total capacity of 340,000 layers, after 4 years development. The 4 layer houses in this farm is equipped with our 5 rows 5 tiers, 6 rows 8 tiers, and 6 rows 9 tiers TechPro layer cage equipment.   Automatic Layer Raising Equipment House 1 and house 2, house size is 100x15x5 meter, both are equipped with 5 rows 5 tiers layer cage equipment, with capacity 60,000 layers per house.   Layer Project With Automatic Systems in Anyang, Henan Province

  On July 8, 2022, we took the client to the project site in Anyang. We are highly confident in the quality of our equipment, allowing customers to feel the quality of the products on the spot.   The project has been started in Tangyin, a country of Anyang. There are 3 layer-houses equipped with our H type cage systems, which is arranged 5 rows* 8 tiers per house. The houses have been built to be ready for use. The first is the automatic feeding system, which can shovel out the old feed and add new feed to ensure fresh feed supply.     This is the automatic drinking system, which is equipped with filters and medicators to supply the clean water for chickens.      The automatic egg collection system is installed for collecting eggs safely and stably without breakage     The automatic manure removal system is employed to scrape off and transport the manure effectively out of the house   Climate control system consists of fans, cooling pads, and PLC, can dynamically regulate the temperature and humidity in the chicken house.     The chicken manure drying equipment uses the hot air in the chicken house to dry...

  The broiler farm project is located in Luohe City China, 50000 broilers in a single farm with automatic harvesting system. Total 5 houses, keeping 250000 broilers.   Breeder Cage Project in WesAfrica

  This Breeder Cage Project is located in the county of Abuja, which has a profect position with potential market and convenient transportation cost. For breeder cage farms, the eggs are valuable, profect egg condition ensure higher hatching rate, there are 2 breeder building already in the farm which is using traditional raising system of feeders and drinkers, eggs are laying is wooden boxes, the egg broken rate is on the high side and it’s not convenient to collecting eggs. Meanwhile, frequently go in and out of the breeding house for providing feed and water for breeders, the workers are easily bring germs into the house, so the project turn into our cage system which has advantage of 1. convenient for collecting eggs, 2. easy management, 3. reducing risk of disease transmission.   Egg Grading Project in Saudi Arabia

  In 2022, POUL TECH delivered egg packing equipment to Saudi Arabian customer. Last year, we completed the turnkey project of 100,000 layers for this customer, good quality and service prompted customer to continue purchasing equipment from our company. POUL TECH egg grading line include egg grading, egg packaging, broken egg detection, internal blood spot detection, ultraviolet sterilization, weighing, cleaning and drying, printing, etc. During the egg grading and packaging process, our equipment ensures that each egg has an independent space, reducing the mutual contact between eggs, and reducing the chance of bacterial infection. The consumer will become the first person to touch the eggs.

  Cuba-TechPro 1800 Layer Cage-20,520 Layers

  The project is located in Havana, Cuba. The customer’s farm is an integrated farm, and the breeding capacity of the first layer project is 20,000. The layout we designed for customers is 2 rows and 5 tiers, which can adopt natural ventilation to save climate control costs. The dimension of house is 77m long, 7m wide and 5m high.   Layer cages using our TechPro1800, are equipped with fully automatic systems. Including automatic feeding system, automatic drinking system, automatic egg collection system and automatic manure removal system. This project is just the beginning and our collaboration continues.
