  Breeder floor raising equipment installed in River state, Nigeria.

  The poultry project is located some 50 kilometers north of River State, Nigeria. The project is divided into 2 phases: The first phase is two breeder cage houses and one automatic hatchery house. The second phase is four breeder houses, a latest technology professional hatchery with a hatching system and six chicks’ dispatch houses. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed, and breeding 18000 females and 2000 males chicken. With automatic modern farm raising equipment, including silo system, female feeding system, male feeding system, nipple drinking system, slat system and nest system, ventilation systems and Environment controller.

  POULTECH’s turnkey poultry broiler farm project in Qatar

  This is a broiler turnkey project about 8 buildings of poultry house in Qatar. The scale of this project is 200,000 broilers, and the customer plans to harvest a weight of 2kg. In order to ensure enough living space for the chickens, we design to breed 15 broilers per square meter. The dimension of closed chicken house we designed is 115m long, 15m wide and 2.5m high.   We designed traditional heavyweight steel structure poultry shed and supplied full-set poultry equipment for this project.   POUL TECH designed farm feed delivery system cross the farm included feed storage silo equipment and conveying system to each poultry house.   In each poultry house, we also designed and installed automatic pan feeder feeding system and nipple drinker watering system to satisfy the need of feeding and drinking.We designed ventilation program for each house based on client’s farming condition. So we installed 50″ box fan, controlled winching air inlet system and cooling system for client.

  Layer Project in Luoyang City China

  This layer farm project is established in Luoyang city, with a land space of 30,000 square meter and a target capacity of 1,000,000 layers. Considering the limited land space, with our design and equipment, this project and has already build 4 layer houses, with a total capacity of 340,000 layers, after 4 years development. The 4 layer houses in this farm is equipped with our 5 rows 5 tiers, 6 rows 8 tiers, and 6 rows 9 tiers TechPro layer cage equipment.   Automatic Layer Raising Equipment House 1 and house 2, house size is 100x15x5 meter, both are equipped with 5 rows 5 tiers layer cage equipment, with capacity 60,000 layers per house. House 3, house size is 100x18x8 meter, is equipped with our 6 rows 8 tiers layer cage equipment, with capacity 100,000 layers per house.   Layer Project With Automatic Systems in Anyang, Henan Province

  On July 8, 2022, we took the client to the project site in Anyang. We are highly confident in the quality of our equipment, allowing customers to feel the quality of the products on the spot.   The project has been started in Tangyin, a country of Anyang. There are 3 layer-houses equipped with our H type cage systems, which is arranged 5 rows* 8 tiers per house. The houses have been built to be ready for use. The first is the automatic feeding system, which can shovel out the old feed and add new feed to ensure fresh feed supply.     This is the automatic drinking system, which is equipped with filters and medicators to supply the clean water for chickens.      The automatic egg collection system is installed for collecting eggs safely and stably without breakage     The automatic manure removal system is employed to scrape off and transport the manure effectively out of the house   Climate control system consists of fans, cooling pads, and PLC, can dynamically regulate the temperature and humidity in the chicken house.     The chicken manure drying equipment uses the hot air in the chicken house to dry...

  Broiler Project in Luohe City China

  The broiler farm project is located in Luohe City China, 50000 broilers in a single farm with automatic harvesting system. Total 5 houses, keeping 250000 broilers. Every house is equipped with 3 rows and 4 tiers cage, 24 sets/row, 72 sets/house. 720 birds/set, totally keep 51840 broilers. The house dimension is 80 x 12 x 4.8 (Length x Width x Height) meters.   Breeder Cage Project in WesAfrica

  This Breeder Cage Project is located in the county of Abuja, which has a profect position with potential market and convenient transportation cost. For breeder cage farms, the eggs are valuable, profect egg condition ensure higher hatching rate, there are 2 breeder building already in the farm which is using traditional raising system of feeders and drinkers, eggs are laying is wooden boxes, the egg broken rate is on the high side and it’s not convenient to collecting eggs. Meanwhile, frequently go in and out of the breeding house for providing feed and water for breeders, the workers are easily bring germs into the house, so the project turn into our cage system which has advantage of 1. convenient for collecting eggs, 2. easy management, 3. reducing risk of disease transmission.
